Dealey, Renton & Associates is committed to using personal information we obtain from our clients solely for the purpose of helping them to obtain insurance & other related brokerage services. Personal information may be collected in this process. Our clients have the right to review, and to correct any errors that might be contained in any personal information we have collected.

If our clients do not want us to attempt to obtain alternate or additional coverages or better prices from a different insurance company when their current policy comes up for renewal, they may advise us of this fact in which case we cannot not share or disclose any personal information with other insurance companies, other than their current carrier or carriers, for the purpose of obtaining alternate renewal quotations.

In no event are employees permitted to allow anyone to have access to our records which contain such personal information. DRA staff is not permitted to access such records for any purpose other than transaction of the insurance business entrusted to us by our clients.

We need to ensure the security and confidentiality of our client’s personal information as required by law. This means that we do not permit anyone access to either electronic or hard copies of such information except for the legitimate purposes of placing or maintaining insurance coverages or as authorized by our clients. Do not provide anyone with password or other information that could permit such unauthorized access. Do not permit anyone except authorized DRA staff access to such information except for the legitimate purposes set forth above. Visitors to our offices must not be permitted access to files or other materials containing such information except when accompanied by authorized DRA staff and for the purposes provided for above. Please advise either me or your supervisor of any suspected violations of this policy or if you have any questions about our Privacy Policy.
