Different project types inherently carry differing levels of risk, based on complexity, client type/experience and the legal landscape of the project location. While Beacon Residential Community Association v. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP is a condominium case, it has farther-reaching implications and underscores the need for effective and consistently applied risk management approaches in daily practice.
